3. Pricing & Payment

• All rates are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
• Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Late payments or failed transactions may result in booking cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days prior: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• 2–6 days prior: 50% refund of total package value.
• Within 48 hours: Non-refundable, with possible credit for future booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Disclose medical conditions or needs relevant to your stay or therapies.
• Respect shared facilities, staff, and fellow guests during your visit.
• Follow safety instructions for on-site amenities and guided activities.
